In these classes you will learn and perfect the basic skills of Aerial Rope and Tissu in order to build up to beginning acrobatic moves. Each class will have some conditioning and we will work at each students level. These classes are fun and challenging!

Please send which day of the week you will attend class along with your payment. No cancellations and no refunds! If you miss a class you may attend a different day to make the class up as long as there is space in that class and it is still within the same session. No classes will be held over to another session. And really there are no refunds!
Clothing:
It's important to wear the right clothing for aerial. Backs of knees, calves and low back must be covered. Double layers on lower half of body is really important!I usually suggest a unitard or wearing tights under a pair of yoga pants or yoga shorts and a leotard or long t-shirt that you can tuck in to your tights. Men, a dance belt or jock strap is also recommended.
