Celebrate the Vernal Equinox in this specially themed 2-hour class with
Phil Lynch and Paige Wyatt and special musical guest, Josh
Brill.
As the fields turn green, leaves return to the trees and flowers bloom,
sew the seeds of new beginnings with yoga as your inner guide. Join
us for this ritualistic yoga class on the equinox full moon that celebrates
the victory of light over darkness and the rebirth of nature and our
spirits.

Vinyasa class will be lead in the soothing glow of candlelight. This candlelight
represents the fire element which can heat, burn and transform! This class
will stoke the inner fire which can help you the practitioner make decisions
about life from a place of power, commitment and completeness. When the
fire element is ignited within and focused it will strengthen and sharpen
you so you can stand by your choices.
